Default Anyone here run a Quaife Diff?

Hey guys, I was wondering what you thought of this differential for forced induction? I hope to be pushing about 350-375 hp in the near future and I was wondering if this would be a worthwhile investment for my car? It will be a street car with weekly trips to the 1/4 mile track. I guess my main question is, will it hold 350 hp? Thanks!

A quaiffe will hold 350 hp easy. VaporTrail has one for sale if you need it, I know he'll hook you up.

Question about having LSD in your cars....

What type of slicks are you running and type of 60ft's you are pulling?

Also the avg. trap speed in the quartermile (you don't have to state the E.T), and the weight of the car for horse power estimate.

Thanks

No one says why it the Phantom Grip sucks, they just say it sucks. Has anyone hear ever drove a car with it? if it does what it is suppost to, it should be worth the $295.

I have phantom grip, it's more like random slip. When I do a burn out, both wheels do not spin. When I open it up on first and second (street tires), only the right side tire leave a mark on the road.

I heard it's how phantom grip is put in. If done right, phantom grip works. I guess mine was put in wrong, but I am not about to take the tranny appart unless it breaks or plan to put in a real LSD.

Still need to know what kind of 60ft you guys are pulling on quaife LSD.

OMG! The quaife is 2way?

**** I thought it was 1.5 like my KAAZ! I had a KAAZ..LOVED IT! Got rid of it cuz I thought it was broken cuz of the knocking ..Decided to get a quaife(not installed yet) because I didn't want to drive around in a figure 8 for 30 min and thought it would be just as good..but if it's 2way that sucks for road racing! in a FF car!
