Which injectors to use?
First Gen B16
Revhard stage 2 kit
T3/T4b
Intercooled
tial wastegate
deltagate FMU
Blockguard
ARP headstuds
blow off valve
fuel rail
inline fuel pump
Right now I'm running 6 pounds of boost but I'm buying a VAFC and injectors to tune it to run 9psi (10psi at the track). My questions... Which size injectors would be best for this setup? Will I need some type of resistor box with the first gen B16? Would any type of used DSM injectors work?

Depends on what you hp goals are. I personally like to run large injectors to have room to expand for horsepower, and run low duty cycle's. I'd say go a bit larger and run 550cc.
Ok, so I can run the larger injectors, I'll probably go with the 450's cause they seem easy to find. Horsepower goals- I'm looking for about 220 to the wheel. I don't have a built bottom end though so I want to stay safe but not spend too much money.
-So will I need a resistor pack with the 450's on a first gen B16??
-Do I need a certain year DSM injector?

I dunno what year gen 1 b16's are but I think you'll need a resistor pack for anything after 1991.
Get either 5spd gen1 turbo DSM, or any gen2 turbo DSM.

what gen B16 doesnt matter if you swapped it into an Integra and converted the B16 to OBD I anyway. IF this setup is in something like a 4th gen civic, then you wont have to worry about a resistor pack or clips because what is on the car is what you need already.
2. 1st and 2nd gen TURBO manual DSM injectors are 450cc.

Just get a resistor box from Sonny. They're cheap and tested. Since I have an excessive amount of time on my hands, I polished mine with Mothers. It looks pretty good.

If you're looking for 450 injectors, you can usually get them reconditioned on Ebay from Mike Palm, a Honda Tech member with many satisfied customers. He also does injector cleaning when he's not busy, in case you find some used ones you'd like cleaned on dsmtrader or Ebay. He really does nice work.

there you go. your car uses pre-OBD parts. pre-OBD on honda/acura (at least 88-91 civics and 90-91 integras) meant peak and hold injectors so you already have the necessary injector clips. and if you look in the upper drivers-side of the engine bay, you should see your injector resistor box. looks like a small rectangular heatsink.
you just need some 450s, slight modification to the o-ring seals in the intake manifold, and some tuning.

You dont need that big of an injectors.. the RC 310cc will suplpy enogh fuel to break you into the 250hp range. at 8 psi. there are a few people on this Board who have ran stock injectors and made 200+hp without leaning out there motor. of course the feul pump and reg was used too..but for 220hp to the wheels is a peice of cake. Now you can take outthe FMU and run that VAFC hack thing and run the 450cc .. that is another alternative but some poeple have had tunning problems..
if you plan on running peak/hold injectors (ie. DSM 450s) then YES you need the resistor pack BUT you all ready have one!
if you want to run RC injectors then you need peak/hold injectors also UNLESS you want to run saturated injectors which would require some rewiring.
