Default simple injector question

do i need new injectors to run 6-7psi on a stock B18C w/ a T3/T4? if so, what how much flow should i need? i know its simple, but i couldent find the info searching. thanks for any help!

no factory injectors can handle up to 250 hp

you can run stock injectors, but you have to increase the fuel pressure by running an FMU.

Stock injectors are runing 92% duty cycle at 8000rpm.

If you plan on running some type of standalone ECU (AEM,uberdata) then you will need to get bigger injectors.

I would not recommend going to FMU/stock injector route.

ohh, i forgot to mention im running hondata... so i guess that means bigger injectors.

what flow/type should i look for?

injector size will depend upon how much horse power you are running.


You'll want to get saturated injectors (high impedance)

you can also get peak-and-hold injectors but you'll need a resistor box.

so im shooting for 250whp (i may have to run a bit more boost than 7psi)... according to some equations ive found that setup would need 550's, is that true? or would DSM 450's do the job?
