Are OBD0 injector clips the same as 0BD1? I have dsm 450's im going to use for a turbo setup and just wondering if the clips are the same. (Yes, i know the whole resistor/wiring thing and high/low impeidence. Just need to know if i need OBD1 clips)

OBD0 clips should plug right in. If you use the OBD1 clips you have to grind down a little tab on each of the injectors.
