The thing is, my advance is too low but other fella at top said it can happen so i'm not totally in panic mode. The big concern is, after a while my sparks get broken. I mean not physically, by function that is. I start to run rich, blow-outs tend to happen,...etc.

A friend of mine uses the EXACT same setup as i am + M&W ignition kit i mentioned before. He has like 3-4 degrees more advance over me and he just uses the BKR8EIX as stock. 1.0mm gap, no problems whatsoever. But his distributor is OEM and mine is an Ebay one. BUT, whatever the distributor is, they are tend to fail as you know, that's why i want to move to a COP system. On the other hand, if M&W kit will suffice, well i'm OK with that too.

Like i said, tomorrow(well actually today, it is 02:55 am here) i'll try 0.5mm gaps.

PS: Like i said, BKR7s don't even hold for 3-4 pulls, then i start to get SERIOUS missfire blockade at full boost(around ~5000rpm). And their gaps was 0.7mm. So, ordinary sparks are out of the question, at least for my car.

PS 2: Another friend has the same setup as mine and my friend except the crank. He has oem b16 crank + 84mm vs our b18 crank + 84mm. He has a lot more advance even more than both of us. So, i'm thinking of the spec tends to run on a lot lower advance BUT like i said, the friend whom have the same setup as i am(same to the manufacturers of the parts and the shop that made the assemble) has 3-4 more degrees on me and no blow-outs,...etc with 1.0mm BKR8IEXs.

Wow, 0.28mm ? It is like 72% reduction on the gaps. :D

Sorry for the late report...

First of all, we saw that BRK8IEX is 0.8mm in gaps so we reduced it to 0.5mm nothing changed.

After that we tried, BKR7EN11(original gap is 1.1mm) with 0.7mm gaps, still no change.

The bad thing is, with both sparks, we started to get knocks, so we had to reduce the advance to 8.

I ordered an old OEM distributor(mine is Ebay) and M&W ignition kit. Hope it'll solve all my problems.

Just wanted to let you know fellas.
