BoosteD16y7 problem
i just got done converting my d16 to obd1, and after i found that once i floored it and revvd to 4k-4500rpms it stopped pulling and stayed at same rpms and bucked back and forth a little. it does not happen when i put half pedal and rev to 7200rpms. it seems like ut happens once i hit boost at WOT. my iacv is not functioning properly due to its a 3wire on an obd1 ecu, but i assume that that couldnt be the problem when in gear. ive posted this problem many times and changed many things tryin to fix this. plz help.
d16y7:
t3/t4 turbo at 6psi, msd ignition coil, cap, wires, full exhaust, chipped p28 on crome, 240ccs dsm peak and hold injectors.
Previous ideas: lean - checked the air/fuel and its perfect, spark plug gap - at .026, losing boost - pressure check and its good, rotor was burning - replaced.
Any other things to try?

Why 240cc injectors? That is basically stock y8 injectors. Get some DSM 450cc injector, chip your obd1 ecu and get it tune. You are bogging because you are running lean when it hit full boost.

fix the obvious problems first. iacv, sometimes stupid problems can cause other non related problems. second, i dont think u should use missing link when u are running a program on the ecu or the ecu will never know what boost u are at and wont compensate fuel or spark. look into it before u blow it up , im not sure which program u are running though

thanx for the missing link advice i will try running w/out it. and 240ccs can hold almost 200hp im not hitting more than 180hp.

OK, let me get a couple things straight.
When you say checked your a/f.. do you mean checked it with a wideband or just a normal auto meter a/f gauge??
Also if you have crome, you can disable the IACV code or you can do a wiring trick to the 3-wire sensor that consists of grounding one of the wires.
