Default Turbo Problem. What could it be?

The first 10-15 min regular driving the car is fine. After 15 min or so the car drops at about 300 RPM at idle soon after a few seconds it will jump back to around 900 RPM. Also Driving normally the car will totally bog down. Practically to the point where the car wont move until i reach boost and it just seems fine. Same as if i were on the streets or freeway. Bogging problem at low RPM's before boost.

My setup:

OBD-1 Bone stock 1995 LS
stock ECU
stock injectors
stock fuel pump
vortech FMU 12:1
garrett t3/t4
rev hard manifold/FMIC
greddy type s BOV
delta gate waste gate 7psi spring
NGK BKR7E spark plugs
NGK wires
timing retarded to about 12-14
also running off the down pipe at the moment (would this be a problem?)

No CEL's at all

Just got the car out not too long ago. Was wondering what the problem was. Ive been searching the boards and reading about how it might be running to rich. Which makes me hesitant to put in a fuel pump and injectors which will only throw more fuel in. Please any input would be apprciated TIA.

sorry, the inlet manifold. when i put it all back together it would idle fine till it warmed up then rev to 1200 and drop back down to 600 and back to 1200 and so on. Spoke to a friend who has a honda tuning business who said to just reset the ecu. did it and it was fine again

your timing is crazy. You should only do it maybe 6 degrees from stock... check your timing.

yea....it's retarded way too much. i'd say take off a degree per psi of boost. tht should be more than adequate.

What's your fuel pressure? Mine does that when it's running pig rich, but it also does that when the timing is hella retarded, or it's running damn lean.

Pull the plugs and check the straps If it's that rich they'll be quite dark.

I would think that means you're running very lean and stumbling. Cold base because it's a cold plug, so sooty deposits at the base, and white tip because it's lean; the strap usually stays warm. Try upping the fuel pressure.
