Setup consists of 00 Civic EX, stock D16Y8, Spoolin Performance mani, DP, Garrett T3/T04E. On intial start-up the car was idling fine, it was on the stock ECU and injectors, just for startup. Everything was fine, then the idle jumped to 3000 rpm. I shut the car off and wired in the OBD1 clips and 440cc injectors, and Uberdata. Started it up again and same high idle. At 2500-3000 rpm gauge is reading 20hg. When i make the revs drop to 1000, gauge reads 10hg. So I am thinking a vacuum leak. Replace vacuum lines and vacuum tee. Still nothing. Help with any ideas please. BTW search isnt working

 

Drove it around the neighborhood and now it is surging from 2000-2500.

 

Started it up with a stock P28, car idled fine for a minute. I didnt drive it. Is it possible that the car is idling proper with the sotck ecu b/c of the 440 injectors kinda bogging?

Does the D16Y8 have a FITV on the bottom of the TB?

 

i dont see one. Please help

 

Is your ECU tuned, or you running on a basemap?
