IC piping size. going from small to big. Does it help?
I want to go from say 2" from the turbo to the IC and 2.5" from the IC to the throttle body. Does it matter should I go 2" all the way? The piping is the same price for 1.5" to 3" so it doesnt matter price wise. Does changing the size after the intercooler actually help?

What size inlet and outlet is your intercooler? If it's 2.5" go 2.5" piping all the way around. My firend's car made a difference(.5secs faster) just switching over from 2.25 to 2.5" piping and intercooler.
You should look at the problem like this, smaller pipe mean restrictions to flow. However going with pipeing any larger than the throttle body won't make a significant difference. Always go from smaller to larger and never go from larger to smaller and you'll be fine. Another thing is that if you can find tapered pipes that go from one dimension to the next it'll help flow.
ide just go with the 2.5 from the i/c to the t-body...and the guy that claims he took .5 second off a 1/4 from switching sizes it high..it probably wont make a really significant difference unless you are making lots of power, but if it costs the same might as well get 2.5..thats pretty much the standard for t-body side i.c piping with hondas

Well, it makes more sense to go 2.5 from the turbo to the IC and 2 from the IC to the throttle body than the other way around. Due to less heat and less pressure, the friction will be less on a smaller pipe after it's been cooled. But 2.5 all over should be better.
