((((i need ur help)))) precision t3/t68 question
ok , heres the specs.. suppose to be rare and the biggest t3 precision turbo made.....precision T3/T68 .75/.82ar,keep in mind this turbo is gonna see more street time than track time, top mounted on a built 83mm gsr, i did a test fit and the hood deff needs to be cut or be pounded out to even run this beast. i have been told this turbo wont hit full spool til around 7k rpm's,sounds a bit outrageous but im not sure myself thats why im in need of some feedback... has anyone of u guys ever used this turbo and what r the PRO'S-n-CON'S and absolutly any info i can get will be well appreciated...

i run a cheap ebay turbo, it is a hot .82 AND A COLD .70, I SEE FULL BY 4500 AT THE LATEST, THAT IS 15PSI. I THINK IT WILL BE FINE, CAR MIGHT BE LAGGY, BUT YOU CAN DRIVE IT NORMALLY WITHOUT GOING INTO BOOST ALL THE TIME, YOU SHOULD BE FINE, GIVE IT A GO. I'M ON A 81.5 MM LS BLOCK WITH B16 STOCK HEAD
GOOD LUCK ON IT KEEP US POSTED AS TO YOUR RESULTS

Dan,
For the power goals you're looking at, I'd say stick with the turbo that's sitting in the car right now, or swapping out to a T3/T67 H.O., or B.B. GT40.
Honestly, I don't think you'll have too many issues with spool and powerband on the setup that's being put together. You don't mind revving a bit, do ya'?
One thing, though, that may need addressed, is your fuel system. I'll give you a ring tomorrow afternoon about an idea we've got.
