Default I need some power

i need some power in my ls, im thinking about getting a turbo kit, i/e/h, pulleys,cam gears, msd ignition, but im wodering how many hp's will i be producing on a safe amount of pressure of boost, i need help, where should i start or what should i hange about my plan, kinda new to the import scene

not be be mean ... but you seriously need to do a little research before turbocharging your LS...
turbocharged vehicles don't use a header ... they use a turbo manifold.

Ditch the pulleys, cam gears , and msd ignition from your list.

You should start by reading Maximum Boost by Corky Bell and then spend 100 hours reading through the archives on Honda-tech under every topic that comes to mind ...

yea true i know your not being mean but i'am new to the import scene, went from a 340 hp ss camaro to a ls integra, a big jump but im gonna listening to your advice and do some research before i do it, but how many hp's could a turbo kit add to a ls integra, and in most situations, does vtec matter? j/w?

A turbo kit on an otherwise stock LS, at 6-7 psi, should give about 200-220 HP at the wheels. But it really all depends on the setup.

That's as broad of a question as it gets.
I've seen ls's make anywhere from 200whp to 500whp from a turbo.
I know your intent is probably good but you really need to read through the archives. think of a question type it in and I'll bet you'll find several threads about it already.
