I have a 98 LS that I use for DD and autocrossing. I am limited with the power mods that I can do for my class (ST) in autocrossing. I already have an intake, header, and exhaust. I was thinking about installing an MSD ignition kit on my car.

Will this make any difference or am I wasting my money? From what I have read on here, this only helps with boosted cars.

 

dont waste your time or money. just replace the coil, cap, plugs and wires with new oem stuff.

 

It wont really make a difference unless ur pushing ALOT of power. Complete waste besides that. Honda's stock ignition system can alone, withstand alot of power and no upgrade is needed.
