Since ill be using the oil press sender as my oil source. I do not have a T that will let me use the oil press sender ata ll. Will this give me a code? and is this safe?
what size of IC tubes for 6 psi on a D16a6?

I brazed my fitting as high as I could that would still allow me to thread a fitting onto it. You will probably not get a code for not using the oil press. sender but I believe it is unsafe unless you use a warning type of gauge. You will never know how much oil press. you are making. What manifold and turbo are you using? I have a maxrev mani and t3/t40e on a b16 w/hasport mounts that fits fine, tight but fine

ummm ym setup is totally homemade and custom. I will eb using a oil press gauge and sender but not for like 2 weeks. i dont really think the oil press will be a problem cause even if the light ever came on your screwed.

Is that turbo welded to the manifold? If so, that may be why you are having radiator clearance issues. Are you apposed to putting the compressor on the passenger side?

Take a look at my website below for alot of your answers.
The stock sensor will not give you a code if you leave it disconnected. It turns the light on when it is gounded. No CEL.
Use 2" IC tubes, plenty big.
Look at we did for rad clearance, you might like.
We've been running for over a year now, no major problems.

Custom kits !
When I had stock fans with the D series mani on a B series, rad clearance was a problem... I just cut some plastic from the stock fans.... eventually bought a set of FAL fans.
