I need a pic of a 5 bolt spoolin setup, and i have a ?
i jsut got my downpipe and i'm trying to figure out some stuff with it, and a pic of one on the car and a close up would help tremendously. mainly jsut trying to see how its angled. thnx for any help, i know this isn't the apperance threads but this is the best place to start. my ? is are all 5 bolts the same? i made the mistake of having a 5 bolt flange put on instead of a 4 bolt, my attention to detail sucks i know, but if i can just trade my turbo for a 5 bolt one, will any 5 bolt turbo work?

if its a log manifold, you can just buy a new housing and sell your old (new) one.
it would be cheaper than buying a whole new turbo

weird. usually they have an adapter piece onto the 5bolt to make them 4 bolt or just have a regular 4 bolt flange. i would send those pics to SP, and have them tell you what they can do.

It looks like the turbo that's all over ebay for $250 or something. Its sad that it was cheaper for them to just remove the port in that casting and redrill, rather than copy it to even a half-assed extent.
My guess is it has the same spacing as a 4-bolt, just clocked 45 degrees too much. I'd just suggest you cut & reweld. Any welding place would do that for a few bills.
