Default i NEED HELP...looking horrible with sputtering

alright this is really starting to make me mad

i had a sputtering issue with my car from 15-3000rpm range, so and people were telling me that it was becuase i was running to rich. i did a search on the AFC hack cuase thats what im using and came to this page:

https://honda-tech.com/zero...37901

i used these setting for my partial throttle

1-4k = -40%
4.5k = -37%
5k = -33%
5.5k-9k = -30%

the sputtering went down a little but not completely but now the car will not idle. it goes from 640-790rpms, and it will die on me when i come up to a light.

my WOT is set to 1-5k = -35% and 5.5 - 9k = -36%

im running 440 injectors, no fmu and and intank. fuel is set at 40 psi in idle and i gapped the plugges to .30.

any help would be great.... accept the usual get a hondata. i know im saving but i want to be able to drive this for right now and not pop at every stop light.

also i was reading about keeping the car out of open loop (i think) can this be done and would it make the car run better?

ok so i think my problem occurs when i go into open loop... is there a way of stopping this from happening? when it occurs the car wants to run in stoich instead of rich... when this happens it starts to sputter.

There is your problem. You are supposed to install the AFC according to the instructions. There is no "HACK" involved. The -% settings limit the map sensor voltage. Brilliantly simple. Install AFC correctly=fix problem

Edit: I forgot to quote post "MAP ==> TPS"
