Default I installed a new intercooler and moved my IAT sensor .. now my car is loopy?

just as the topic says, my car's rpm is loopy now. It will sit at 1k rpm then suddenly drop, then back up again. I'm at a stop and I rev it say to 3k rpm it will do the same thing... Any ideas?
