Yup. I'm finally one with the Darkside. Finished my install tonite at about 12am (Monday). It took about two days to finish it all. Did it with a friend and myself. We're not TOTALLY done however hehe. I still have to put my bumper back on and install the injectors, but I had to get the car home so I just put everything on and drove it home open downpipe and wastegate, but no boosting. Hearing her first start up was amazing to me (which by the way was off a push start because we drained the battery with a lamp we were running off it). I was like WOW... I've never heard my car sound like that before. On the way home (3-5 mile drive) I had a huge smirk on my face although i wasn't boosting but only allowing the turbo to whine as I drove along. I'm happy it's finally in. Can't wait to take it out for some runs. Anyway off to bed... long weekend. BTW, the setup is:

00 civic ex (stock d16y8)
-garrett t3
60 trim, .60 a/r compressor and .48 a/r turbine w/ stage I wheel off a ford
- sfp manifold and downpipe
- tial 35mm wastegate 6.5psi spring
- greddy type-s bov
- drag piping and intercooler
- all ss braided an oil feed and return lines (what a pain in the ****)
- vafc hack w/ dsm 450cc's
- autometer boost and a/f and greddy timer

yah hehe. oh well. it feels weird to say i own a turbo honda now. i keep looking outside and staring at the car w/ the i/c... and i keep thinking... naaaaaah... I'm dreamin. Oh well. Can't wait to be able to open her up, hearing the turbo whistle n whine and not do anything is like a tease

Thanks all. As I stated before. I'm not TOTALLY done... right now I'm a turbo riceboy... the damn thing just makes loud noises . You should see the looks I've been getting... like those mouth wide open WTF IS THAT looks, especially with no bumper (left it at a friends cause we didn't finish trimming it). I spooled a whole 2psi on the way to work today... it was cooooooool . Anyway no more until injectors hopefully tonite.

Yah foo i'll bring it down as soon as the injectors are in and the downpipe and dumptube are made. I'll take her down for a showing on thursday and on sat at towers . Also... that surprise please don't tell me till i go down there hehe... I like surprises.
