You're in denial, lol. Why should you take offense at the facts? I take offense when I receive a $500+ package that looks like it was intentionally damaged by kids.
None of the smashed packages I received through UPS were the fault of the shipper. "This side up" and "Fragile" labels have no effect on UPS employees. In fact, it seems to have the opposite effect. I've witnessed a UPS driver stuff a package into the truck on its side that clearly was marked so that this wouldn't happen. This was after it fell off of the dolly and he just flipped it a couple more times to move it. </TD></TR></TABLE>
i said a certain percentage of damages is the shippers fault, not all don't get my words twisted bro. Why shouldn't i take offense? If you heard negative feedback about the company you work for, and that you care about, wouldn't you take offense? I'm all for feedback, i'm glad a few people have good things to say, but the many that are bitter, it'll just make me try harder to get better results. I wouldn't do business w/ a company that didn't give a ****. I see tons of **** bust open because people put little effort to keep their goods/product safe, and when it breaks, we're blamed for it. We even pay for how much it was insured for.

If you want your package to show up on time and in great shape, don't send it ground. That is the worst thing you can do. The more times the package gets handled, the worse shape it's going to be in.
Every major city along the way, a ground package will get unloaded and loaded and everytime it gets more and more beat up. Either ship 2 or 3 day. I have worked at UPS for 6 years now and if you saw what your packages goes through, you would never shipping anything valuable.
