Default HX 02 sensor

I was wondering if an HX 02 sensor is a wide-band. I was told that it was but I want to know for sure but I don't believe that it is but I may be wrong.

It is wideband, it is also an unsupported variant. Perfectly useless.

So I will be able to possibly use this to tune my car or is it useless for that application. Also I am converting it over from an HX to an EX and using the P2P ecu and I was wondering will I need to change out O2 sensors considering mine is a wideband.

Alright, alright, techedge's site confirms it supports the NTK L2H2 sensors, but I still think you should ditch it. Read why:

1) if it has over 60K on it, the sensor is about worn out. NTK sensors are expensive to replace.

2) if you go to the expense of purchasing a techedge, the 7057 LSU-4 is $34 shipped to your door. Brand new, not worn out.

yes you will need to change sensors if you change ECU's.
