How to rotate the comp/exh sections?

How to rotate the comp/exh sections?
I just got the T3 turbo today from ADP. Only thing is, I need to position the comp outlet so it points down toward the ground. Right now it points towards the radiator. Which bolts do I want to remove to re-postion it? The ones (4) that are right on the oil section, or the (6) that are right on the compressor? Thanks!!!
