Oh a tech thread, only here cause GDD link but here is an answer. Before I even begin you're an idiot but....
The turbo is a restriction, it's acting as a restriction muffler. Secondly you usually have log headers or non-equal length tubing on the turbo (because cheapasses) so the exhuast pulses kinda just bounce around in your shitty cast header till it finds a way out through the turbine. Overbuilt engines normally have ridiculously large exhaust side wheels on them, they're far less restrictive and thus not very muffled. They also often use heavy wall steam pipe equal length headers. It's a cumulative effect that makes it sound like it's built to the 9's, probably because it is.
Save your money and get skunk 2 certified bruh.

WTF is going on with these types of posts springing up all over H-T like weeds lately? Got one in the 92-00 Civic forum asking how to make his stock engine sounds "cammed".
