Default Engine Mods

What are good things to do on a type r engine. I recently purchased and installed the 98' spec swap. I have no idea the limits or capibilities of my motor.

I posted a turbo/sc question, but it didn't really get me anywhere. Anything you got is well appreciated.

I'm guessing you want to go FI? Turbo or SC? How much money do you have to play with? How much power? You wanna buy everything at once or small things at a time?

I would like some cheaper upgrades. i don't really want to rip the motor apart. I was thinking supercharger but everyone says the compression is too high. i don't really want to change the pistons and ****.

I just want a little extra boost, a little more power. I would like to spend about two grand and still have a daily driver. I know you can't buy too much with two grand but the car rocks the way it is. Thanks
