How old is too old?
Just wonderin' how old is too old for an engine to go turbo? I'm lookin' to get a d16z6 (gonna be some ninjas needin to take a student
) or a jdm d15b. Wonderin' what good mileage on a z6 is. I know the d15b would be approx. 35k.

1) Just boost it.
2) Most JDM engines have 40K+ miles on them when you get them.

My old motor had 220,000 miles on it and it was in 4 different cars and hardly had an oil change.. I also sprayed this motor for a while but blew it up through a fault of my own..
Oh BTW, the motor was a d15b7 mini-me with a z6 head on it..

G"Unit had 160K when he boosted his b17 and it ran for like 6 months on 10psi daily. It depends on the shape of the motor. Some motors that have 90K are in better shape than others that have 40K. Check your compression!
