as long as you dont get no cel you're ok, once in a while you can take it out and clean it with brake cleaner to get the carbon build up off.

my primary senros lasted 65k.. i'm using my secondary now.. it has ~ 90k miles, if you have a/f gauge, abnormal readings should give a clue. when mine went, everything was reading lean out of the sudden.. if you're using obd1 managment, you can use either one of sensors like i am.
