Impossible to say with the given information. Assuming the WB on the dyno is accurate and placed near stock location, I'd say that is lean. If the WB on the dyno is accurate, and placed in the tail pipe, I'd say the AFR is a touch lean. If the WB is not accurate on the dyno, I don't have valid data to say one way or the other. If you want to tune leaner to get a better burn, thats fine, but remember, you HAVE to be more conservative with your timing and monitor detonation very carefully. Because you are asking this question, I'd make sure your wideband when placed near stock location reads no leaner than 12.0:1. Tuning for optimal burn when you are a novice tuner is a bad idea.

1) Why the expletive are you asking us for an opinion of a data sheet(which is what a dyno is) if the data is invalid? Thanks for wasting my time.

2) How are you monitoring detonation? How do you know its not occuring? Are you that confident in your tools and methods of tuning? Is that why you are coming on honda-tech with a 13:1 AFR on a boosted engine asking if the AFR is okay? Please do not use such definite terms as "at all" because people that normally claim such a thing end up being proven incorrect.

PS: Your vtec cross over is set incorrectly which is costing you about 40-50 ftlbs of torque in the midrange. What is also very nice is your AFR is its leanest when full boost is arriving which coincidently is where peak cylinder pressures occur, which coincidently where you are most prone for detonation. I'd bet a $1 that you are detonating between 4500-5500rpm if not 4500-redline.

PPS: Honda-tech filtering out curse words is just about the lamest thing in the world.
