How Much is Safe daily driven
im in my process of an engine build here are a list of the things i have
lookin to know what is my highest potential of power and also what is a good amount thats is safe on my setup FOR A DAILY DRIVER

More than street tires can handle. I made 440 on a stock sleeve B16 with an SC61 and all it does is spin. Any more HP would be a waste. My current teg makes about 380 WHP with a nice powerband and it's a lot of fun on the street
My advice would be to hold off on many of those 'goodies' and build your suspension first. 300whp is the trouble limit for fwd cars, and that's assuming the suspension has all new OEM bushings and tires are new & sticky. That setup has the potential to do close to 500whp. But you'll be smoked by 220whp sohc's if you just jump into that sort of power, or don't have a suspension.
You'll also find the GT35R will be way too big for even drag radials on the street. You could go with a gt2871r and get a wide powerbandm but still make close to 400whp.
I'd also ask why you want to use a block gaurd with ductile iron sleeves. Thats like running C16 in a motor tuned on 93 octane - its not useful, and can potentially harm it in the long run. Block gaurds have been proven to not save every block, and sometimes can be proven to be the cause of engine failure. Bling on the outside is only superficial, but bling on the inside of your motor can hurt the motor itself.

my suspension is practicly done i have progress coilovers 5bolt type r suspension all energy poly urethane inserts bought the whole kit cross drilled all around im by far good for suspension and breaking again this is a daily driven car so im not that worried in getting into drag suspension
anything is safe as long as you have a good tune,so safe is rellivent to the ammount of tune you have not the ammount of power. power wont break things, crappy EMS & tune is F you not power.
power will be the difference between drivability or not

Find out the highest octaine fuel you can get at the pump in your area and then look for a good tuner that will tune your setup for the fuel you will be using. If the tuner knows what he is doing he will tune with "you might get bad fuel" in mind when comes to pump gas. In my opinioun...400 whp is max for the streets given what everyone else has said in regards to suspension setup and tires. Since you are building your car for DD try to stay away from larg turbos as street driving is all about power uder the curve. Good luck with the setup
i already have a cc stage 4 clutch 12 lb flywheel and gsr lsd tranny
and high octane is not a problem canada has ultra 94 plus about the 8:3:1 it will be much higher than that u got to think its gsr head so it bumpin up the compression anyways! my advice i needed was what can i expext out of this for reliability and daily driven how much pOwer

Daily drive 420HP on pump and used to occasionally hit the streets on C16.
Keep the car out of full boost and its mild. Its not like you are going to be WOT all the time. Drive like a responsible person and with a proper suspension setup/tires 400 daily driven should be no problem.
