thats a little two small turbo but you can get instant response it will be nice on the street but it will definitely not flow where it needs to be. you should push at least 200 to the wheels with 6psi hopefully. TB boring will jsut help you a little but not much.

 

I have seen Garrett T28's push 280-285 whp @ 16-18 psi. Keep in mind the outlet air temperature from the compressor is very hot at these levels. I am not too sure what the exact specs are on your T28, but if it is a fairly large T28, you should be able to make that power with your setup conisdering you have the fuel and the bottom end holds. It will be a very quick spooling street car!

Looking at about 750-1000 HP with that set-up not sure it will be street legel.....j/k
