Default Turbo setup, is it good?

im not sure of turbo yet but other parts include
tial 38mm wastegate or turbonetics evo wastegate
blitz dd bov (what bov gives highest pitch
spearco fmic
440 rc inject (are these too small, should i upgrade to 550 or 750's?)
vfac
log manifold
custom 2.5 dp (mayb 3)
oil line
connectors
custom ic piping

This is going to be on a civic si (b16a2, stock motor), my daily driver car. What turbo would go good with this setup? I'm looking for quick spool over top end? Quick spool but still able to hit 200++ whp? Is that possible with 6-8 psi? Also, can it handle 10 psi? More people recommend turbonetics T3 with super 60 over T3/t04. What trim should i get? What ar? Thanks.

Use a Tial wastegate.
I would go with the 550s for your setup.

Don't use a vafc, look into ubberdata or hondata etc.

Look into a t3/to4e 57trim .60 ar housing turbo or something of that nature.

Good Luck.

go with the tial for sure. and like mentioned before ditch the vafc and invest in an obd2-obd1 conversion harness with a rechipped p28 ready for uberdata/hondata/etc.

A T3 Super 60 stage I .48 A/R would spool very fast for you and still should get you around or over 200 whp on a b16 at 7-8 psi, depending on the tuning. High RPM power won't be there, however..

Or you could try the T3/T04b superV stage II .48 A/R we use in the 15116 Turbonetics kit. The feedback I get from people is that it spools great with excellent overall powerband. I know someone with this and he makes 240 whp @ 8.5 psi on his b16.... very happy with it. This would be the best all around turbo at that boost level for a street car, IMO.
