i've actually already got the pump gear, installed and everything (purchased from Viren of course), i was told this weekend at NOPI by a UR sales rep that a stock oil pump couldn't handle it, then i told him it was upgraded and he said it was an accident waiting to happen..... i figured he was FULL OF **** and just trying to sel me something, bu i wanted to double check.

there is nothing wrong with stock oil pumps. I run them fine buy a new one everytime you rebuild a motor and it works perfect never had once a failure. I dont run ap rodrive gear as well.
