I have a 3mm headgasket and blockguard and have pushed ~21psi through a completely stock bottom end on a B16 on 93 octane.

Too many variables. With a proper fuel setup and tuning you are safe putting down 250whp to 300whp on pump gas. Of course you have the chance of your ringlands going and causing further damage. Some people here put down 300whp on a stock bottom end for a year plus and others for a couple months before the ringlands go.

Probably not recommended though!

Turbo size is a factor with how much boost you can run

its not boost that kills it, its power.... 300ish is about all you should do on pump gas, 350-400 if you are brave on race gas.

It's not the power that kills, it's the cylinder pressure.

so 10psi i should be pretty safe.. i was thinkin bout gettin the jg intake mafoild with 8 450cc injectors.. n a fuel pressure regulator n a bigger fuel pump.. n a thicker head gasket... think that be safe for 10-12 psi... if so how long would it last before i need a rebuild

Yes, but by creating more power, you create more cylinder pressure, so just stay under 300 whp on the stock block and you should be ok.

10psi with a well tuned hondata on my stock block lasted 3 weeks! but with over 14psi boost spikes (damn delta wg + drag mani...)

I felt the motor slowly stress more and more... even if I got rid of the boost spikes, I would run no more then 8psi daily if you want to be safe. 10psi for a max setting if you have a controller.
