Whats the max Boost on a stock b16?
psi means nothing its max hp that your looking for, and most say you should stay under 300hp on a stock block to be reliable so you already pushing it if you ask me.
There are too many variables to answer this question without knowing more about your setup. What turbo are you using for starters? Another key factor in figuring out what you can make is the fuel available to you.
Hypothetically if you were running a LARGE turbo T3/67HO, S366, GT3582 or something along those lines on a high octane fuel (i.e. 110+ octane or E85) you could probably squeeze 450whp out of it, but how long it lasts is another question. At that point you're putting 300% more stress on the engine than stock...but it has been done

ok so i pushed my motor and its seems like the most boost i could get is 14psi out of my b16 until i basicly blew it. i only have cylinder 1 and 2 that are workin so now i am going to build it to see what i can do b4 i blow it again what are some suggestions for internals?? and i am guessing i got aound 360whp when it blew

more boost would have been fine if tuned.
stock map sensor can only read 11psi [as im sure you were only tuned at 11psi because you don't have a different one.]
you ran more boost the ecu had no idea what was going on. boom

Lemme guess, stock map sensor and the only thing you did was turn the boost up?
Congrats, you just ran the car mega lean.
