How much boost and power are you stock block LS/vtec-T guy's runnin/making???
Just curious because i am about to put my baby back togeather with some goodies.. Let me know what you think
LS block-stock
Gsr head and Cams-stock
Jg-fab log mani
Tial 38 mm wg
greddy bov
Garrett t3/t04e 60 trim w/63ar
dsm450's
walbro 255
2.25 charge pipe
3 inch dp
tuned on Uberdata
Oh yeah and Gsr tranny
exedy organic clutch and 8lb flywheel
Also i havent decided weather or not to use a stock head gasket or inline pro to lower the compression. How much boost do you think i could run safely on the stock bottom end and that turbo? I was going to run 6 daily and turn it up to 10-12 on the weekends, but that was when i was going ls-t. I dont know if the head swap makes a diffrence with the level of boost or not. also what is a good rpm to rev to with the lsvtec-t ?

I did 295whp on stock rod but with SRP .25mm oversize. Holding for 2 years now, aiming for 350whp this summer by upong the boost, will see how it turn out.

306@10psi on a drag turbo kit. Put that down about 2.5 years ago still going strong after hundreds of passes

your injectors will limit you...
they shouldnt make more then 300 whp..
you could run 10psi easily and make 280-290 whp im thinkin

im going for similar numbers (290-320ish whp), and upgraded from the dsm 450s to RC 550s which should be enough for my goals.
plenty of people have made 300whp with the 450s but your approaching the limit on those injectors.
i would rather have a bit more to play with then have them almost at their max everytime i'm at WOT.
also, search user "chrome pipes". he has a nice stock ls/vtec making some nice numbers and pulling very good times down the 1/4 mile... and has been running for quite some time now.
