There is a lot of info on this site about this topic, but I have made 356 whp at 15-16 psi of boost with a T04E 60 trim on a stock block/head LS/VTEC. This was done with an InlinePro headgasket running on C-16 with no block guard. Like everyone else says, "It's all in the tuning"

Wow impressive. But yeah it's all in the tuning.
You can run 5psi make 15 extra hp and blow your engine (bad tune)
or your can run 15psi make 200+ more hp and your enginee will survive. It's all in the tune. For daily driven on pump gas i'd say about 250-275whp is your safe limit. Stock ls 92 octane.
