why would you want to? You are going to need a pump, a tank, a bunch of hose, then you'll have to play with flow rates and for sure measure inlet and outlet temps to dial that setup in properly. I'd just keep it simple and get a front mount.
It looks like a pretty good idea but it is pretty expensive.

for a low hp build,i would go to air to air.
i was at a shop this weekend that works on vw and porsche's. They only use air to water setups, because the are so reliable.
the shop owner drove his car (twin gt30r turboed porrsche) for a 6 hour hard drive, and the air to water setup was still cool to the touch.

Hey if you need a airwater setup I have a 100% complete setup (my old s2k setup) that when run on ice is good to 600whp I daily drove it with 465 whp though
It has everything (intercooler, water lines all aeroquip with fancy fittings, water pump, relay for pump, water resivor, radiator for daily driver use)
