How high do you boost with meth injection
I am curious about how hard others push their setup with meth injection. Here is my setup:
-total 1,100 cc/min at 150psi split to individual cylinders
-4/5 meth and 1/5 water mix
-T3/T67 stage 5
-750cc injectors
I am starting to increase the boost to see how the engine likes it. I made a few runs at about 27 psi with the meth and 93 pump. The plugs looked good and it ran pretty well but I know that is pushing it pretty hard. The injectors are at about 80% with the extra meth fuel supplemented. EGT around 1,000-1,100, IAT around 90-100, AFR around 11 - 11.5. Have lots of warnings set on my laptop for water pressure, AFR, EGT, IAT, etc so I can shut off if anything is out of range.
Anyone else have experience with using this much meth injection?

when i was playing with EVO's they were doing 26-30psi with meth injection....
every motor reacts diff.... just keep reading your plugs etc...

Yeah, the engine seems to like it around 27-28 psi. 3/4 of the injection is to individual cylinders and I have some sparying in the intake, some before the turbo and some on the intercooler. It is amazing how much it drops the IATs. I know that some of it drop is evaporation off the sensor but I can tell that it really cools things down in the intake track b/c the IATs stay low after a hard run. I drops like 15-20* if I do a high boost run.
I ran a gt35e turbo on 101 sunco gasoline with devils own meth injection kit.
28 psi at around 550-575 hp with a total timing of 24 degrees. My temps went from 118 down to 88 degrees when using the meth injection. All i used was walmart windshield wiper fluid..good stuff! Motor is super healthy.

I would guesstimate easy 600 whp with Water/Meth and good gas...I'm hoping

It is great for the street... don't have to keep filling up with race gas. Only problem is traction. I am able to hold down 28 psi runing 25.5" MH street/race bias ply in 3rd with LS gears. Have to turn boost way down for 1st and 2nd.

Ive been reading straight meth works even better. Legally The company cannot tell you to use straight meth due it its flmable and combustable characters. But if you have a stout sytem and no leaks its no dangerous than the tank of gas you sit on everyday.
