there are so many variables.
It doesnt matter how many PSI but the size of the turbo, the design of the turbo manifold, compression and **** like that.

Fast. Is a relative term. Go ride in it, see what you think. Avg t3 on an average b16 with a good tuner on 10psi, you could see anywher from 250-280whp.

My brother with an h22a(stock in an ebay shortram) hatch ran a boosted b16 and won. What turbo.. I dont know. How many psi... I dont know. I wasnt there to ask the normal questions I always do. lol.

My guess was maybe 4-6psi. I'm not too sure.

And I'd guess your friend might be pushing a good 220whp. Give or take.

Stock H22 beat a B16 turbo? Now that's just sad, $50 say there was a serious boost leak or something going on there.

Either way, we need more info on exactly what he's running. He could be seeing anywhere from 200whp to 300+whp.

I have a b16 turbo running 15 degrees of timming at 10 psi. It a race car b16 jdm 10,4 comp with a modified externally wastegated 18g greddy turbo. Trapped 1/4 at 112mph 60fts were a 2.8 sec. Never dynoed but should be 260 whp. Car weighs 1950lbs w driver and half tank. Driving on the streets isa great. I atke people for test drives and they cant believe how quick it is. The car is a crx 1990
I did all the tuning, just tuned a b16a on the street at 8.6 psi. Pulls hard all the way to 8000rpm. 1993 CIVIC HATCH. hope this helps.
Tuned right and small turbo is fun as heck.
I am also turbo charging a 1990 crx built sohc with a 15g turbo. Quick spool up should great.

Yes it is. I dont know anything about the b16 though.. :/

Tune the motor and run a smaller, faster spooling turbo. You'll enjoy it!
