Default how do i install an MV-S ???

the tial mv-s (38mm v-band) has 2 water ports (in and out) and 2 air ports? I can't tell if they are connected to the same chamber or not. Tial's "instructions" on the web site don't say anything.

:::EDIT:::
2 upper holes and 2 lower ports in this picture

run water lines to the lowers, or dont, you dont have to. run boost source to top side port, leave top port open.

I've always just plugged off water ports, and used one bottom vacuum port and one top prt, all others plugged, hell even can leave water ports wide open. No need for them unless road racing or something where there are continuous heat cycles over back to back.
