How to determine turbo size
I'm a bit lost, but have been reading lots of posts in the FI section, but my question is still pretty much unanswered.
How to determine turbo size?
I see people post something like this up " t3/60-1 .63 a/r" and i kinda scratch my head. T3 is the compressor size right? 60-1?, .63 a/r? No post basicly tell what these numbers really mean, and yes, I am new to boost so please be easy on me.
Right now i have a b16a with R cams, and lsd b16a tranny. I want to make the transition to boost, and know im going to need to do some bottom end work to achieve what i want.
But first things first, how can i decide what turbo to use?
Thanks in Advance

Re: How to determine turbo size (B16B)
Do a search for "compressor map" here & elsewhere on the net. You could also drop a few bucks on Corky Bells book "Maximum Boost". That will give you a nice intro and clear things up a bit.
