Default How can you tell when your O2 sensor is going bad????

My cars been driving fine last nite when suddenly it started sputtering with loss of power and having a lopping idle like a bad v8. Also the car sounds horrible and shakes when accerating. I didn't throw any CE codes but i'm guessing the 02 sensor might have gone bad because if i give it some throttle my A/F gauge all the led seems to light up. And when the car is warm it idles normal but when i give a bit of gas the motor shakes violently. I also noticed that the EGT will not go up much as it used to, so the car is dumping fuel.

The a/f meter would read rich at idle but would read competely lean when i give it throttle at times. I know my car was running rich since i got the hondata, would this have cause the 02 to go bad? Or is the problem i'm having something to do with the motor?? (blown headgasket, bent valves)

heres my setup
