Yes and it didn't work as well as I had hoped.

It wasn't for me unfortunetly. The tune was always way out of wack. You don't get to tune an entire fuel table for nitrous. You get to enter one fuel increase value and one timing retard value for when nitrous is activated. My a/f ratio was way lean from about 3000 rpm - 5000rpm. When I kept increasing the fuel value to bring my a/f down to reasonable level I would get way too rich up top (5000rpm+). By the time I got the leaness out of the midrange I was so rich up top that my a/f ratio dropped right off the bottom of the scale. With the stock Zex NMU my a/f were not what I would like them to be, but better than with Hondata for some reason.

I been looking in to getting a zex kit for an easyer tune for the nitrous .Ive been 2 times to get my car tuned with my nx wet kit and the hondata. It's hooked up just like they say and it will go lean then rich and back to lean. I want to spary a 100 shot wet with the hondata and i know you hook up the nitrous and the hondata adds the fuel but wouldn't that be a dry shot? I spent way to much money and time on the dyno to get the nitrous not tuned i was pissed o well theres always next time if some one can help it would be great thanks.

I've run up to 100 shot dry, but like I said, the Hondata nitrous controls didn't work the way I needed them to. I'd just skip the Hondata nitrous controls and let the Zex kit control the fueling. The other option would be to tune a seperate chip for nitrous and just swap chips out when you plan on running nitrous.
so you just used the zex to control your nitrous and didn't even miss with the nitrous controls for the hondata . you said tuning a problem for you thats with the zex kit as well ? and what about the zex wet kit?

The Zex dry kit bleeds nitrous to the fpr to raise the fuel pressure. You use specific fuel jettings to determine how much to raise the fuel pressure based off the size of the shot you are running. When you use Hondata's nitrous controls you have to eliminate the Zex NMU (nitrous management unit) ability to raise fuel pressure because the Hondata is supposed to control fueling increases for you through the injectors.

Just let the nitrous kit control the fueling itself. Don't bother with the Hondata nitrous controls, it's more of a headache than it's worth. I, personally, am going to be selling my nitrous kit and going boost alone.

I was looking to get $350 for the Dry nitrous kit, bottle heater, purge system, and nitrous guage. I may have a potential buyer, but I haven't talked to him since I was serious about it, so pm me if you're interested.
