Neptune is not available like Hondata, you must take it to a Neptuner (I guess?) and have them tune your car. It is cheaper than Hondata.

Why in the name of lord would you have a turbo setup and try to limit yourself to 3 psi on a **** ant T3 turbo? I don't even know if the wastegate on it is big enough to hold it to 3 psi, and even if it is why would you want to do that? 10 psi daily from a T3 turbo is not going to be a lot of power and not going to hurt your motor.

I would recommend Neptune.

If you have someone to tune your car on neptune and you aren't looking to tune it yourself I see absolutely no reason to run hondata. Neptune is waaay cheaper and even more effective.
