Default HONDATA OBD2 Emissions

I know this might not be the right place to post a question like this, but I posted it in the Tech and no one is helping me out on this question. I am almost finished on looking for my Turbo set up and I am trying to find out a little more information and you all in the forced induction have helped me out so much so I am going to give it a shot in here.

I have a ITR and I am going to be installing HONDATA in my car. I have a question for all of you. In my state they test emissions using the OBD2 port. How do I pass the test. I will be unable to plug in my old ECU do to the fact that the car might not run and there will be all kinds of lights lighting up on my dash board. If any one knows of a way to pass the test please let me know...( maybe some kind of computer thing???)
Thanks.......

You will need to reinstall the stock ECU. The scantool port will no longer function when the Hondata is installed.

i had the same problem. i couldn't pass the ecu test or the emissions pipe test. you pretty much have to cross your fingers and hope you find a "cool" inspector - they might be able to work something out with you

I hope I can find one....

I would think there would be a computer program out there that would act as a ECU...
