k-pro & emissions
I am not too up on the requirments in Virginia. But as long as you only have to pass an OBD2 scantool test you should be fine as long as your OBD2 connector on your car is wired up to the KPRO properly and you don't have the OBD2 disabled in the KPRO. You can disable whatever codes you want and still pass the scan tool test you just cannot have the OBD2 completely disabled.
BTW you should be able to pass a tailpipe emissions test too as long as you have closed loop enabled in the KPRO and you have a catalytic converter on the car.
If there is a visual test in Virginia then you are SOL my friend.
