Default Hondata chip??

Could you burn a bin file without rom editor to a chip?? I got a bin file program from a friend, but dont have rom editor on my computer; the file could not be open though. I wondering if I could still use my pocket programmer to burn that file even though i cant open it and dont have rom editor on my comp??

Hope someone could answer..
Thanks

Yes you can copy the program and burn it to another chip with the pocket programmer.... you just can't edit the rom without romeditor.
