Default yes for vafc or no?

ok, i have just about everything coming in to finish off my kit. now.... only thing i'm missing is fuel management. unfortunately, i'm dead broke to get uberdata now. lol. so i'll be using a 10:1 fmu for a while along with my 255 walbro intank fuel pump. it'll just be for a few months. sound ok?

can i keep the vafc2 i got or should i just ditch it? i have a missing link too, and i heard the two can't work together?

i would just keep the vafc2 at default so it doesn't mess with the fmu. i'd like it just to show me my rpm's since my tach seems to be super off (says i idle at 0). and of course for bling too. lol

can anyone tell me what i need to run uber? i'm pretty new to fuel management. so i don't know the first thing i need or would want.

uberdata/crome/turboedit > vafc

if i were you, i'd sell the vafc2 for $225.

uberdata - free
obd2 to obd1 conversion harness - $75
rechipped p28 - $120 shipped
dsm 450 cc injectors - $50 shipped
tuning - $100

thats pretty much all you need and you'll have yourself a pretty decent fuel management.

I sold my VAFC, bought all my Uberdata supplies and still had money left over!

Sell it on eBay or something, I sold my VAFC for almost twice as much as I bought it for after I used it for 6 months. LoL.
