throw that solid under drive pulley in the trash unless you like replacing main bearings, and cranks. I dont care what the salesman who sold it to you says. honda put a harmonic damper on it for a reason. in fact every car manufacturer puts a harmonic balancer on their vehicles for a reason. there has been several threads on this recently. just do a search

Yes.

As far as the basemap goes, get one from a reputable dealer....Evans-Tuning, T1, Xenocron,, etc. and drive it off boost, normal conditions to your tuner. If it is a long drive, then just trailer the car there. It isn't rocket science so stop making things so difficult. The tuner will be able to set up a basemap close to your setup (aSSuming that they have tuned similar setups as yours).

Again Im a newb at this ****, so the more I read about it the more questions I have popping up.

Is the ability to handle boost standard in the s300 or is an option/feature that must be purchased seperately? What about boost control?

Will I need a donor ecu? If not, will I need an obd2 to obd1 wire?

Had a friend lose oil pressure on the dyno with one of those ur pulley's. When taken apart it shredded the oil pump. Don't use it.

Hondata S300 comes standard with the ability to read, tune and fuel for boost. Boost control is an option that can be added to your ECU, as well as needing a boost solenoid compatible with the Hondata stuff.

S300 will only work with an OBD1 ECU, so if your car is not OBD1, you'll need an adapter. If you do not have an OBD1 ECU, you'll need that too. The answers to all these questions can be found on the Hondata website.

How much boost are you planning on running? Id get a new Hondata map sensor if I was you. Like Jaker said, if your car is OBDII you will have to get a conversion harness to OBDI. The Hondata is not exactly plug and play

Trailer it.

Don't have a trailer? $50 at U-Haul.

Don't have a truck to pull it with? $20+ mileage at U-Haul.

Scared to drive a truck and trailer? Call a tow company with a roll back. I have had vehicles towed over 1hr away for under $100.

BOTTOM LINE: If you don't have a wideband in the car you don't know how good/bad your base map is. Get it tuned 1st, then drive it. Or you might pay alot more than a tow bill.

If I were in TX I would go to T1 as well.
