Default home made water cooling system

i was thinking about getting my winshild water system and modified it to cool the front mont cooler whit 1 jet each side of the cooler!
no one ever try this before?

lotsa people. The effects are relatively negligable unless you can keep the water at or below freezing(alchohol solution...hey, windshield washer solution, and have the solution flow constantly throught the quarter(or race or whatever) Otherwise, you wouldnt be gaining that much...

I'm going to do some experimenting with water-injection after I get some of my other projects worked out...some significant gains can be had by using a 50/50 water/alcohol mix. Apparently you can run a few more psi of boost and ALOT more timing on street gas, with it...you should check that out. there's some stuff on the web.

It would be more effective to spray the alcohol straight into the engine after the turbo & intercooler. FYI the chemicals in the windshield washer eat the paint off your car, and create rust.
