Congrats, u made me get off my lazy *** and grab the bottle from my garage, haha. I haven't used it yet cuz i wanted to flush my rad. system 1st. But i can tell you what the bottle says:
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: 1 ounce (3-4 cap fulls) per quart or 1 bottle per automotice cooling system of 12-20 quarts. Less than 50% antifreeze provides further improvement in temp. reduction, but atleast 15% antifreeze should be used in street vehicals.
I think only drag cars use only ww and water. Hope this helped.

I heard that you can use a couple of drops of liquid detergent and get the same effect as water wetter. Something about breaking the surface tension of water in the block which lets the water cling closer to the cyl walls and therefore pull more heat from cylinder. I don't want to be the first to try it and have soap bubbles coming out of the radiator

my auto teacher said running pure water is bad for the car. although it cools better it can freeze or rust/corode. but from that icon under your name maybe you arent driving a street car.
