hmmm... which block?
Quick question:
if I were to want to build a high HP honda, somewhere in the realm of 400+ hp, would the LS block be okay without the piston squirters that the b18c block has? Or do the squirters really help out alot once you get your HP up there. Just wondering, cause, rather than wasted money building the LS block, I could go ahead and just get the GS-R block.
Unless someone knows that machining in some oil squirters in the LS block can be done, and doesn't cost that much. Does anyone have any experience with this?
What about the guys with 400+ that are still using the LS block. Any issues?
(i know that with a good build, anything is possible, but I'm just wondering)

You don't even use the oil squirters with forged pistons so it's a moot point. There have been several threads about this recently, including a one about a plug that lets you block them off with no machine work.

you can , but according to some its not needed. I used them all the time and never had probs.

I would go with the gsr block straight bolt on with no type of machining. its also more reliable. people build ls vtecs to get a little more boost because the stock rods are a little stronger and compression is a little lower. if your going to build for 400 HP your going to replace that with after market parts any way.

Don't have to, and tell me how you think the GSR block is more reliable.
