it sounds kinda weird, and i dont think the new ones are adjustable. it makes a "ping" sound.

http://www.blowoffvalves.com has alot of sound/vid clips of it and other BOV's. SSQV is the best sounding one imo. I have one fs if anyone is looking for one.
